What is your current turnaround time?
Our bows and other products are made specifically for you and your little one. So once your order is placed we start crafting right away. This process currently takes us 2-4 days.

How long will it take to receive our new items once they've shipped?
We ship with Canada Post. Their current delivery time is estimated between 2-4 for Domestic Shipping and 4-6 business days for orders sent to the U.S. International orders are expected to arrive within 4-7 business days. As you can expect weather and mail volume can affect delivery times.
*** Out standard shipping option does NOT provide tracking or insurance on your order. If this is of concern to you, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

Please Note We recommend double-checking that all of your information was entered correctly during checkout. If your package is returned to sender due to an error in address, it is NOT the responsibility of Dynamite Treasure to cover any additional shipping fees.

 

It's Been 14 days and I still haven't received anything. What do I do now?
If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us promptly at dynamitetreasures@gmail.com 
We'll do what we can to help sort it out, even though it is not the responsibility of Dynamite Treasures to replace the order. It is for this reason that we recommend choosing the tracked and insured shipping option.
